The Heart Behind Lakshyaved

Lakshyaved Educational Services was founded by Arup Sir, a passionate JEE Mathematics tutor with over 12 years of experience. Hailing from Bankura and now settled in Kolkata, Arup Sir has noticed a recurring issue — many students, even after cracking difficult entrance exams, were unable to invest their college years in the right course or institution due to a lack of awareness. Meanwhile, those who didn’t score high often faced even greater uncertainty, despite the plenty of valuable opportunities available to them.

To bridge this gap, Lakshyaved was born — an initiative focused on career counselling, trusted college admissions, and strong collaborations with top institutions across India and abroad.

Alongside our admission division, we proudly run our in-house coaching institute for Classes 11 & 12 (CBSE, ISC, WBCHSE) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology, headed by Surya Sir and a dedicated team of subject experts. We also conduct an exclusive NEET Pressure Mentorship Program, which includes weekly full-length tests and one-on-one mentorship by Dr Balaka Maji (MBBS, RG Kar MCH) to help students stay confident, focused, and exam-ready.

Driven by Arup Sir’s lifelong passion for technology, Lakshyaved also has a dynamic IT Department, offering Digital Classroom Setup, Teacher Training, and Technical Support — because teachers, too, need digital awareness to connect better with today’s learners.
